Powerhouse - Children's Church
Powerhouse is church for children ages 4-12 years at Southwood.
Powerhouse is divided into two different sessions.
The first session beginning at 9:30 AM on Sundays
is our ministry for children who are 4 years old through 2nd grade. Bible
lessons are exciting and relevant to today’s kid. Kids feel safe and
comfortable as they interact with caring adults and their friends. Best of
all, kids have fun learning about God and His love for them!
The second session of Powerhouse is Southwood Kids’ Ministry to kids in
3rd through 6th grade. This session begins at 11:00 AM on Sundays and uses
upbeat music, high-impact teaching and drama to encourage your kids to make
good choices and live a life fully devoted to following God. We believe
Powerhouse will be the best hour of your kids week.
